4Q:Do we need to pay the cost of creat mould for special products?

4A:Yes.Once we create your mold,you need to pay the cost of the mould. When your order quantity is up to 20000 pcs, the cost of mould will be refund to you.

5Q:Do you offer customized packing?

5A:Yes.All of our products can be packed as your require.

6Q:How long is your lead time ?

6A:Usually for our normal products sample order is within 10 days for motor is 15 days.
